Job Description
- MANAGE OPERATIONS:
- Supervise & Operate a seamless immigration e-data entry processes of Bangladeshi Hajj pilgrims.
- Ensure the best services for pilgrims through the completion of their entry into the Kingdom from the Hazrat Shahjalal International Airport.
- Control & Organize People in extensive situations to increase productivity.

- COMMUNICATION & COORDINATION:
- Liaise with Hajj Camp and MOFA to ensure all Hajj pilgrims of all flights are registered and completed their immigration process.

- DATA ACCURACY:
- Supervise Data Entry Operators and ensure proper insertion of data as per condition of Saudi Foreign Ministry.

- REPORTING:
- Successfully Managed Digital and Social Marketing Campaigns. Achieved 7000 registered Clients/Users within 6 months.

- TROUBLESHOOTING:
- Conduct & Supervise Day to Day Equipment Monitoring and Troubleshooting process to keep operation up and running.
